“The Traitors” unveils a fresh array of stars for its latest murder mystery season. The fifth season’s cast was revealed, featuring a mix of celebrities and reality TV personalities entering the castle with one rule in mind: trust no one.
Among the lineup are singer Cody Simpson, Mormon Wife Whitney Leavitt, Real Housewife Gizelle Bryant, actor and singer Kristin Chenoweth, and even a Canadian participant. In this season’s gameplay, host Alan Cummings designates a select few players as traitors while the rest are considered faithful. Weekly, the traitors convene in secrecy to eliminate a faithful player. Subsequently, the group engages in debates, accusations, and voting processes to identify and remove potential traitors.
Recently renewed for three more seasons, “The Traitors” swept the 76th Emmy Awards, securing accolades such as outstanding reality competition program and outstanding host for Alan Cummings.
The full cast includes Bianca Del Rio from “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” Canadian content creator Boman Martinez-Reid, Bronwyn Newport from “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” Casey Wilson, host of “The Great American Baking Show,” Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, Craig Conover from “Southern Charm,” Cynthia Bailey of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Dominic Monaghan known as Merry in “The Lord of The Rings” trilogy, Emira D’Spain from “Next Gen NYC,” and Gizelle Bryant from “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” among others.
